Todd, the “Big Boy” is a Florida native. During his 57 years he has experienced cuisine in almost every state in the USA as well as Mexico and Canada. The Big Boy is a former attorney and small businessman. He cut his teeth early in the restaurant industry and has always been fascinated with the art of fine dining. Todd has dedicated himself to providing fair and unfettered food and restaurant reviews to the Foodie public.
Brett Hoag is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he obtained a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Secondary Education along with a minor in Japanese. Brett taught high school English in Southern California for over 15 years. He is a published author as well as an accomplished editor. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife of 24 years and their 22 year old son. Brett is an avid gamer and can often be found playing World of Warcraft (For The Horde!)
Ellen Onieal is a native of New Jersey, and a Florida resident since 1978. Her career started with Home Depot as Trainer; leadership, retail acumen and sales. After HD, she became a contract employee, working as a trainer for several companies; Keller Williams Realty, locally, United Rentals, to name two. She co-owned Atlantic Real Estate Brokerage and a small coffee shop. She now spends her time on the stages in Brevard and Indian River County as the Lead Singer and Guitar player for Phoenix Band.
Michael Wolfe is a central Florida native. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, Where he received a master's degree in Library Science as well as an English Degree with an emphasis in creative writing. He has worked as a senior research and instruction librarian with over 16 years of experience in his field. Currently he enjoys putting his reasearch and creative writing skills to use in various capacities outside the field of librarianship.
Edward Kerr, a seasoned hospitality consultant dedicated to reviving the essence of exceptional dining experiences. With over 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, Mr. Kerr has honed his skills as a restaurateur and consultant. In the latter part of his career, Mr. Kerr took on a pivotal role as a traveling consultant, working closely with various restaurants within his employing comp
